Catherine was born in the Dominican Republic and spent her early childhood between her hometown of Santo Domingo, and San Francisco, California, where she began performing through school productions and The Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts. Moving to The Bronx, New York, at the age of 12, she continued performing and training in acting and dance. Catherine is fluent in Spanish and enjoys salsa dancing, running, and journaling. She is an educator, a mother and a lover of fine arts.

Recent and upcoming projects:

• Stacey Bernadette Goes Dating: A staged production written by Terry Foster for the New York Theater Festival. Performances scheduled for January, 2025.

• Where Daisies Bloom: an NYU short film produced by Lighthouse Ladies and directed by Maya Daughtry.

• Earth to Venus: Reprising her role as Gaby in a second rendition of Earth to Venus, a play written by Rachel Collignon and directed by Mahima Saigal. Performances at The Atelier, August 30-September 8, 2024.
